From a young age, I felt a quiet pull—an inner knowing that I was here to nurture.

Massage therapy was never just a profession for me; it was a natural extension of who I am. A way to hold space, to soothe, to bring people back into connection with themselves. I found immense joy in the stillness between breaths, in the warmth of healing touch. It was my first language of love.

But, as life often does, it invited me deeper.

A back injury—sudden and humbling—paused everything. In the stillness of recovery, yoga entered my life. What began as a physical rehabilitation soon became a spiritual homecoming. The mat became a mirror, a sacred space where movement met mindfulness. I trained as a yoga teacher, not just to heal my body, but to guide others into their own inner alignment.

Throughout this time, I remained deeply committed to self-growth. I explored energy medicine, consciousness, and the quiet mechanics of transformation. I became a student of vibration, of the unseen. My curiosity was never clinical—it was devotional.

Then, as if guided, I came across an interview with Jerry Sargeant on the George Noory show. His words were a frequency I couldn’t ignore. Something lit up inside me. Not long after, I found myself in Hong Kong, immersed in the Star Magic Healing facilitator training. It felt less like a decision, more like remembering something I already knew.

Energy work became not just a tool, but a truth.

Sometime later, during a meditation, I received a vision—a beautiful, otherworldly pod humming with light. I saw people entering it, and emerging changed.
